Linux.com has a review of the Super Gamer 2 LiveDVD.
I was intrigued when I heard about SuperGamer, a beta live DVD based on PCLinuxOS. The DVD includes, in demo version for the most part, 3-D shooters America’s Army, Doom 3, Postal 2, Cube, Enemy Territory, Nexuiz, Quake 4, Soldier of Fortune, UFO: Alien Invasion, and Wesnoth. Unfortunately, my SuperGamer/PCLinuxOS experience was as bad a Linux experience as I can remember having.
DistroWatch Weekly is packed full of LiveCD news today. First up is news of a gaming LiveDVD by Mandriva, along with a LiveCD showcasing a unique 3D desktop called Metisse. Below that is news of updates to Live versions of PCLinuxOS, gNewSense, Fedora Unity, BOSS GNU/Linux, and a new rescue LiveCD by the T2 project.
Digg is reporting that a new version of the game stuffed LiveDVD named Super Gamer is available for download.
Tuxmachines.org is also reviewing SuperGamer-1, a PCLinuxOS based LiveDVD stuffed full of games and game demos (including the Doom3 and Quake 4 demos). Time to fire up bittorrent.
OSDir.com has some screenshots of the Myah OS LiveCD. It includes shots from many of the games included on this LiveCD.

Lan Game Reviews has a good how-to guide for seting up a router that will allow you to play online games no matter who is on your network. They use m0n0wall for the LiveCD, no hard drive needed.
The next step is to enable Traffic Shaping. This is what prioritizes packets so you get great pings while downloading. Click on the Traffic Shaping button on the left menu bar, and click the Magic Shaper Wizard tab. Select the checkbox saying Set P2P traffic to lowest priority and input the downstream and upstream speeds for your connection.
